One of our members has written about her personal experience of suicide and how she has dealt with the problem. This came about because there were few English publications on this subject. And what of tomorrow? Will the pain ever leave?
Some say yes, others say no
We have no answer – only our pain
And it seems to us an endless refrain

The tides and seasons ebb and flow
The sun and moon come and go
Minds, hearts and bodies meet and part in life’s continuous song
This, this song of life will bear us through our pain
And in it, one day I know, we shall our love regain.
